At Blue Oasis Capital, we’re a private equity firm that invests in multifamily buildings. We’re committed to creating value for our investors while being responsible and sustainable in our investments.

We work with different asset managers and firms to leverage their experience and expertise to make informed investment decisions.

 

Our team includes underwriters who analyze every investment opportunity to ensure that it makes sense financially. We only invest in asset classes we can manage and add value to, and we’re transparent with our investors about the risks and potential returns.

We’re committed to responsible investing and risk management. We closely monitor the debt service coverage ratio to ensure that we’re never overleveraged and that we can safely cover the mortgage.

 

Our investment strategy typically has a holding period of 5-7 years, and we aim for an internal rate of return (IRR) between 18% and 24%. We believe in being patient and disciplined investors who focus on long-term growth and value creation.
